Tourism Development Fund (TDF) is a government fund — MSME financing via partner banks and finance companies in Saudi Arabia. Saudi government fund for the tourism sector. Its Tourism Empowerment Program finances micro, small and medium tourism enterprises through partner commercial banks (Banks Program) and SAMA-licensed finance companies (NBFI Program) — working capital and other financing with competitive pricing and flexible repayments. Its Grow Tourism accelerator and incubator are non-financial.
