Terms of Service
Effective October 2026
These terms apply to gulfpitch.com, to the files GulfPitch publishes (such as the deadline calendar and the plain-text map), and to the GulfPitch connector for AI assistants. By using any of them you accept these terms.
Who we are
GulfPitch is operated by Hilarion LLC (هيلاريون ذ.م.م), registered in the Qatar Financial Centre, QFC No. 05218, Doha, Qatar, represented by Tarik Christian Schwippert. Contact: hello@gulfpitch.com.
What GulfPitch is
GulfPitch is an information service: a map of startup funding programmes, investors, accelerators and government schemes in the six GCC countries, and The Gulf Startup Show. Every entry on the map is taken from the organisation’s own website or application documents and carries the month it was last checked. How the checking works is described under How we check.
Information, not advice
Nothing on GulfPitch is legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and nothing is a recommendation to apply to, invest in or contract with any organisation. A programme’s terms are whatever its own documents say at the time you apply; an organisation may change, pause or close a programme without GulfPitch knowing. Check the organisation’s own website before you act, and read its terms and privacy policy, which are its own.
Using the site and the connector
The site and the connector are free to use for reading. The connector (gulfpitch.com/mcp) is read-only, needs no account and returns the same data anyone can open on gulfpitch.com; it may be used through any AI assistant or software that supports it. You may link to any page and quote entries with the GulfPitch page as source. You may not copy the map as a whole, or substantial parts of it, to publish or sell it as your own dataset, service or directory, and you may not use the site or the connector in a way that disrupts them for others, for example by flooding them with automated requests. GulfPitch may limit or block access that breaks these terms.
What you send us
If you use a form, write to us, or let an assistant pass a question to the connector, you keep the rights to what you send. You allow GulfPitch to use it for the purpose you sent it — answering you, correcting an entry, preparing an episode. Send nothing confidential; GulfPitch cannot keep a submission secret from the service that transports it. How submissions and connector requests are processed is described under Privacy.
Intellectual property
The GulfPitch name, logo, texts, design, the structure of the map, The Gulf Startup Show and the episodes are the property of Hilarion LLC or its licensors. The names, logos and published terms of the organisations on the map belong to those organisations and appear on GulfPitch only to identify them and to quote what they publish.
Availability and changes
GulfPitch is provided as it is. Hilarion LLC does not promise that the site or the connector will be available at all times, free of errors, or complete, and may change, pause or discontinue any part of them at any time. These terms may be updated; the version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hilarion LLC is not liable for any loss or damage that arises from relying on the information on GulfPitch or from using the site or the connector, including decisions you take about applying for funding, incorporating, relocating or investing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar as applicable in the Qatar Financial Centre, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the courts competent for the Qatar Financial Centre, Doha.
