Monsha'at is a government authority in Saudi Arabia. SME authority of Saudi Arabia. Licenses the incubator and accelerator ecosystem — its SIAN network counts 200+ licensed entities (incubators, accelerators, co-working spaces and related parties). Runs Thakaa innovation centres with the two-month Pioneers programme, the Biban forum and Tomoh for Nomu-listing candidates; financing access via the Financing Gateway and the separate Kafalah guarantee programme (debt guarantee, via banks).
