MISA — Ministry of Investment is a government agency in Saudi Arabia. Ministry of Investment — investor registration under the new Investment Law (in force 2025; licensing replaced by registration), statutory decision window up to 10 working days. Nearly 600 global companies have established regional HQs in the Kingdom (SPA, Mar 2025). Entrepreneur registration requires a support letter from a Saudi university or accredited incubator; 100% foreign commercial (trading) activity carries hard gates — SAR 30M minimum capital and presence in three or more markets.
