Zubair Enterprises Development Centre (Zubair EDC) is an enterprise development centre (not-for-profit, membership) in Oman. Not-for-profit advisory centre for Oman's small enterprises, established in 2013 as an initiative of The Zubair Corporation. Membership is open to Omani entrepreneurs - from a business concept to an existing small enterprise - through an application form, followed by a call and a meeting at its offices in Azaiba. Members get solution-based advisory, capacity building, networking platforms, business development and facilitated contact with selected financial institutions; a yearly programme selects ten winners who receive a financial grant, plus intensive advisory, branding, packaging and product stabilisation.
