EthisX (Ethis Investment Platform) is a Shariah-compliant crowdfunding platform (equity crowdfunding and p2p financing) in Oman. Muscat-based Shariah-compliant crowdfunding platform, licensed by Oman's Financial Services Authority (formerly the Capital Market Authority, licence approved 3 March 2022) to offer equity crowdfunding and P2P financing. Start-ups, SMEs, franchises and real-estate developments raise funding from its crowd investors; EthisX itself does not provide capital from its balance sheet. It raises for companies incorporated in Oman and, selectively, from outside Oman. A company constituted less than twelve months ago can raise at most OMR 100,000 (about USD 260,000); campaigns run for up to 90 days after due diligence.
