Qatar–Spain Innovation Program (QASIP) is a non-dilutive bilateral r&d co-funding grant in Qatar. Joint call by the QRDI Council and Spain's CDTI for innovation projects between a company registered in Qatar and a company registered in Spain. The Qatari awardee receives a non-dilutive co-funding grant from QRDI, the Spanish partner is funded by CDTI; RDI work must take place in both countries. Innolight lists QAR 1.5M funding, projects of one to three years and three cycles so far; the 2025 call ran 25 February to 3 July 2025 with awards estimated for February 2026 (checked September 2026).
