Qatar FinTech Hub Accelerator is an accelerator in Qatar. Twelve-week incubation and acceleration waves for FinTech startups, run by Qatar FinTech Hub with QDB support. The programme includes regulatory and commercial licensing support — it does not itself grant Qatar Central Bank sandbox access.

Amount

Investment, not a grant — two figures are published on official pages: pre-seed investment of up to USD 170K plus follow-on support on fintech.qa, and QAR 730,000 (USD 200,000) per company per QDB in December 2025. The Wave 8 page on F6S publishes no funding figure

Status

Wave 8 — the Apply Now menu on fintech.qa leads to the QFTH Wave 8 page on F6S, which lists a Pre-Acceleration and an Acceleration track, $0 cost and 20 companies funded per year. In September 2026 that page shows a Find-out-more button instead of an application form and no dates; the fintech.qa homepage still advertises Wave 6. Waves 1 to 7 on fintech.qa are the graduate archive, not an open call
