Digital & Beyond (Ooredoo × QBIC) is a corporate-powered incubator (ooredoo) in Qatar. Specialised incubator powered by Ooredoo, listed on Qatar Development Bank’s Incubation Hub page: it develops and accelerates promising technology-focused startups and SMEs based in Qatar and fast-growing tech businesses looking to soft-land in Qatar, via a holistic range of support and funding solutions. Its former page on qbic.qa now forwards to that QDB page. In February 2026 QDB and Ooredoo signed an MoU to turn Digital & Beyond into a jointly owned investment platform, “Digital & Beyond Ventures”, for Qatar-based startups in advanced technology sectors, aiming to invest in about 10 startups a year; since 2016 the incubator has supported more than 35 startups with QAR 4 million in investment and in-kind support.
