QCB FinTech Regulatory Sandbox is a regulatory sandbox in Qatar. Qatar Central Bank framework for live testing of innovative financial technology in a controlled environment, for up to 12 months; an Express Sandbox offers an expedited 3–6-month test for solutions that show readiness. Applications are accepted year-round through QCB’s sandbox portal, with no administrative charges. Successful participants that want to operate in Qatar must obtain a QCB licence within three months.
