MENA chapter of the global Keiretsu Forum angel network, with its regional headquarters in Dubai and chapter offices in Riyadh, Cairo and Amman. IMPORTANT: its own funding application page states that an administration fee is payable by the startup after the initial screening — check the terms before applying. The "4,000+ members" on its site is the figure for the worldwide network, not for MENA.
